A show that ALF sees on TV at 3AM. Crazy Steve is attempting to take a drumstick from a tarantula in the episode that ALF sees.
This particular scene depicts the only time that the Tanner's television is seen in the kitchen instead of the living room where it normally is. ALF however did move the television to the living room. Willie couldn't sleep when ALF was watching Crazy Steve in the early morning, so when he went to talk to ALF, he explained the Nielson ratings system to ALF.
