"Pepoon" is a term of endearment that ALF uses to describe Rhonda. ALF also says that it's the number right after ten.
Note: "Pepoon" is also the last name of one of the writers of the ALF (TV series), whose name was Steve Pepoon. There are numerous references to last names of production team members in the TV show.
