40th President of the United States. ALF talks to him when he uses Willie's radio equipment to contact Air Force One. His attempt to express his concerns about nuclear weapons are misinterpreted as a threat, which leads to Willie's arrest. When ALF contacts President Reagan a second time, it is deduced that Willie could not have made any threats as he did not have access to his shortwave radio while imprisoned. During the second call, ALF is able to fully express his concern about nuclear war to Reagan, which is then shown that the first call was misconstrued as a terrorist threat. Because it was proven Willie did not make the radio calls, President Reagan orders the FBI to drop the charges against Willie.
